1. General Information

Welcome to aimsouq.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Warranty Policy

Warranty Validity – The warranty is valid only if the product's serial number is present and legible. aimsouq.com reserves the right to refuse warranty if the serial number has been removed, altered, or made illegible.

Warranty Cover

  • aimsouq.com's obligations are limited to repairing the defect, replacing the defective part, or (at their discretion) providing a replacement or refund according to the market price.
  • Repair or replacement does not extend or renew the warranty period.
  • aimsouq.com shall not be liable for the loss of any saved/stored data on products that are repaired or replaced.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables (e.g., batteries, light bulbs, fuses, headphones, cables).
  • Abuse, misuse, or failure to use the product for its normal purposes.
  • Use of accessories not approved by aimsouq.com.
  • Incorrect installation or use inconsistent with the user manual.
  • Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, voltage fluctuations, etc.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs attempted by non-authorized centres.
  • Battery damage from overcharging or improper charging.
  • Seals on the battery being broken or showing tampering.

Extended Warranty (Mechanical / Electrical Breakdown)

  • For covered items, aimsouq.com will reimburse the cost of repair. If repair is impossible or uneconomic, they will reimburse the cost of replacement.
  • This does not cover breakdowns covered by the manufacturer’s recall or existing manufacturer’s warranty.

Damage (Accidental / Liquid / Cracked Screen)

  • Damage caused by liquid (spillages, damp conditions, leaking batteries) is covered, and aimsouq.com will reimburse the cost of repair (if economic to do so).

3. Return Policy

  • You can return a product for a refund (if you placed the order using Cash on Delivery, we will issue you a return coupon equivalent to the value of the item(s) returned) within 3 days after receiving your original order.
  • If you claim the product for service warranty after the free 3 days, you should provide the courier charge.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

  • Product must remain sealed, except if the product is defective or damaged.
  • Product is still in its original packaging.
  • Product is in its original condition and unused.
  • Product is not damaged.
  • Product label is still attached.
  • Product is complete (all accessories, manuals, etc.).

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via aimsouq Return Link.
  2. We will contact you to arrange retrieval of the product.
  3. Once retrieved, we will examine the product.
  4. If the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you without refund.
  5. If the examination is conclusive and conditions are respected, we will proceed to refund (No refund on Cash on Delivery – only exchange).
  6. Refund is processed within a maximum of 14 business days after retrieval.

4. Special Terms for Vehicle Orders

aimsouq.com acts as an intermediary for JMC, Force, Faw, and Terralord vehicles. This section applies specifically to vehicle purchases.

5. Privacy & Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent accidental loss or unauthorised access.

  • We limit access to your personal information to those with a genuine business need.
  • All processing is done in an authorised manner and is subject to confidentiality.
  • In case of a suspected data breach, we will notify you and the applicable regulator where legally required.
